The aim is to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.
Most of the bags you see online are limited edition and unique pieces. Sometimes it will take up to seven working days before we can send you your oder. You will be informed if this is case.
Delivery is nearly always via Royal Mail or by Royal Mail International. All orders must be signed for. If you are unable to be inattendent or have someone sign for you. The courier will leave a card for you to arrange pick-up.
You will be sent tracking details so you can track your order, but we are happy to do that for you if it is more convenient.
There are 21 days in the UK and 28 days internationally, to return your order for a full refund. Orders must be returned in the brand new condition they were sent. Please include dust bags and packaging When returning items. Should you return an item after 21 or 28 days you will be offered an exchange or gift voucher.
There is a full refund on discounted or sale items for up to 14 days. You will be offered the opportunity to exchange for another bag or offered a gift voucher, should you return an item after 14 days.

We are happy to repair bags that are older than a year, but will assess your bag and consult with the cost before proceeding.
